Role purpose:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team of recruiters, sourcers and support partners, with the main focus of finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company, aligned with Cluj location strategy and growth plans.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will drive and lead the talent attraction and pipelining strategies for key roles and hard to fill skill sets in Cluj as well as managing stakeholder relationships with hiring managers.

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a subject matter expert accountable for delivering exceptional Talent for hiring needs across the business. Working closely with hiring managers & Talent Acquisition Specialists, TA Sourcers and TA Support Partners,  the Talent Acquisition Manager will ensure they are sourcing the best talent in the marketplace through both passive and active sourcing channels in order to deliver against key metrics.

 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
  • Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
  • Suggest measures for improving employee retention
  • Lead, develop and supervise members of the recruiting team
  • Recruit and onboard new members of the team
  • Work close with divisions to determin hiring needs, to create forecast and to develop new strategy for attracting best talent
  • Determine HR and recruiting KPIs
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Share insights of the local technology market to the Head of Talent Acquisition and to the business itself.
  • Coordinate the recruitment team in Cluj to achieve the hiring targets
  • Be a trusted advisor & business partner to Flutter leaders, using market knowledge and data & insights to influence change & inform decision-making
  • Recruitment tools - Ensure all information is accurately stored in our Applicant Tracking System on a real-time and consistent basis.
  • Collaborate with People Partners on resourcing strategy, strategic priorities, workforce planning & hiring plans and with HR Operations team to ensure accurate data in terms of people and hiring.
  • Work closely with Comms teams to ensure a great visibility internal and external (social media, internal comms, referral scheme, etc.)
  • Accountable for all early talent strategies for securing interns, apprentices, and graduates into the business as well as our senior hiring as the business demands.
  • Ensuring we are advancing our approach to how we attract and secure the best people for our business.
  • Creating and amplifying a fair, equitable and diverse approach to how Flutter hires talent.
  • Be a passionate advocate of DEI, candidate experience & operational excellence and be comfortable providing reporting to the business globally so that our metrics are transparent, and our successes celebrated.
  • Reporting & analysis – Provide regular and ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders, providing data such as; sourcing activity per role / market intelligence. Use data & insights to inform decision-making.

 

Competencies:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, business administration, or a relevant, related field
  • Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar experience in an HR role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent communicator – able to articulate complex messages in a simple way and adapts style to suit the audience.
  • Technology recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
  • MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience managing multiple searches, projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
