Purpose of the role:

As one of the  Supplier Risk and Relationship (“SRRM”) Analysts, this person will be aligned to one of Flutter's Divisions to support the implementation and management of the new Global Supplier Risk and Relationship Minimum Standards. As such they will be responsible for understanding the Minimum Standards in detail and then providing key support to the relevant Division to help them implement and maintain their ongoing compliance with the SRRM Minimum Standards.

About You

You are comfortable working on multiple tasks and working to deadlines. You have strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail as you will be acting as an ambassador for the SRRM and broader Procurement Services teams when dealing with various internal and external business channels. You are comfortable within a team environment where you will service a number of different stakeholders. You are keen to make recommendations on potential process and data improvements and drive change. 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the SRRM management to continue to implement the global SRRM Minimum Standards for the Group with a focus on your allocated Division(s)
  • Support your allocated Division(s) to implement and maintain compliance with the SRRM Minimum Standards. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • ‘Hold the hand' of Divisions: process support, use of SRRM tools, general help and queries
  • Work with key Divisional stakeholders closely across your portfolio of work
  • Support other functional teams as required (e.g. Compliance, IT Sec) to enable process, unblock, chase, etc.
  • Delivery of Divisional SRRM reports for aggregation up to the global view
  • General delivery as required for SRRM initiatives as directed by the SRRM management


  • Creation and maintenance of Divisional Supplier Risk Heatmaps showing the risk profile for the Divisions' suppliers. Ongoing refresh of Supplier Risk Heatmaps will be quarterly or every half year at a minimum
  • Collation of Divisional SRRM reporting (KRIs, etc.)
  • Proactive continuous improvement initiatives within your allocated Division
  • SRRM Initiatives as directed by SRRM Senior Manager.


  • Monitor key activities and metrics for Division to measure compliance with Minimum Standards.


  • Become a champion of the Procurement policy whereby you will field various questions from different internal business units.
  • Support the broader Procurement Services team as required.


Ideal candidate should have following experience/skills/attributes:

  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a desire to learn about SRRM
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1/2 years' experience working in procurement and/or SRRM roles
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills 
  • Logical thinking
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines, prioritise, and perform as part of a team to meet team objectives 
  • Excellent Excel: knowledge of large spreadsheets, pivot tables, sorting and reporting 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to learn new systems quickly. Previous experience of procurement/SRRM systems (e.g. Purchase Orders, contract management, etc) is desirable 
  • Ability to read and understand different types of suppier legal agreements an advantage, but not essential
  • Interest in sport and gaming and experience working in these sectors would be a distinct advantage
  • Experience working in a global role would be a distinct advantage.
