The Role...

The Employee Experience Specialist will work with Employee Experience team to support the delivery of core communications and employee experience activities for PPB staff. This will include execution work on internal communication channels and forums, engagement and talent activities as well as employee comms and events. Sitting within the Employee Experience team, the incumbent will ensure high quality and timely execution of activities in line with stakeholder requirements and expectations.


Marketing and Communications

  • Execute work on communication channels and forums (e.g. Workplace, Internal Comms emails, social media)
  • Project planning and execution of regular communication campaigns for different initiatives related to PPB objectives and strategies (for attracting talent, engagement, culture, D&I, talent management, wellbeing)
  • Prepare written materials including marketing copy, business communications, reports, and presentation scripts as needed to support the EX projects and campaigns
  • Be responsible for ensuring accuracy in information and proofreading
  • Main point of contact to support the execution of employee comms and campaigns in Cluj (Talent, D&I, Culture, Wellbeing, PPB Radio, Workplace comms)
  • Create optimized and engaging content (e.g. storytelling copy, videos, experiential formats)
  • Develop and oversee the communications calendar to ensure timely execution of the defined strategy
  • Assess the impact that the rolled-out programmes have on the employee experience (websites analytics)
  • Continuous improvement based on monitoring and evaluating of project success and KPI tracking
  • Provide support and assistance in planning, developing, producing, and delivering marketing materials
  • Manage production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials together with external suppliers
  • Oversee marketing plan execution together with internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Collaborate in creating effective online and offline marketing campaigns and to translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns (e.g career website campaigns to boost hiring with KPIs)

Events and Programs

  • Coordinate on-site & virtual arrangements for events
  • Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters
  • Manage partnerships with vendors and assist with negotiations for new partnerships
  • Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process

What we are looking for...

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly written; copywriting, editing and proofreading
  • Knowledge in key areas as SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, PPC and SEM
  • Proficiency in creating content that is fit for purpose whether for email, PowerPoint, web (social media and career website) and for the audiences it is addressed to
  • Disciplined execution of projects responsible for meeting both the quality standards required, and the timelines agreed
  • Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully and at pace
  • Collaborative and flexible, comfortable with complexity and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capacity to manage effectively diverse stakeholders, across the business
  • Proficient English user - C1 level
