Role purpose:

Reporting to the Programme Director, the Programme Manager will lead the planning and delivery of an ambitious business transformation agenda for our Cluj office, home to over 1,000 Flutter colleagues.

Key responsibilities:

  • To partner with the General Manager - Cluj, local leadership team and key divisional stakeholders to define and agree the programme scope, transformation outcomes and delivery plan
  • To ensure all transformation outcomes are successfully achieved, including programme milestones met and budgets managed
  • To establish appropriate governance structures and reporting processes, such that issues are addressed and resolved in a timely fashion
  • To manage any third-party vendors as required, including liaison with our legal, technology and business teams to ensure all contractual and SLA obligations are adhered to
  • To foster an organisational culture that embraces and thrives on change
  • To serve as a role model in the promotion of the Group's position on responsible gambling

  • Strategic thinking: Demonstrates a good understanding of overall Group and Group Technology strategic objectives. Mostly able to apply strategic knowledge to specific initiatives and/or decision making. Can consider and explore scenarios and possibilities to help Divisions succeed
  • Strategic communication: Provides timely and helpful information to others. Able to flex communication style to meet the needs of various audiences (Divisions/locations). Mindful to listen to different perfectives and able to provide constructive feedback

Key requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of managing global business transformation programmes for a digital organisation
  • 7+ years programme management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Previous experience of managing third party vendors is desirable
