The Role...

The newly created Brand Marketing Executive role will have end-to-end executional responsibility for growing the Betfair brand in Italy.

Having achieved consistent brand and commercial growth in 2020 through strategic content partnerships, we're now looking to build on this momentum and cement Betfair's position as the brand of reference for Exchange betting in Italy. In particular, the key focus of this role is to own and develop Betfair's exclusive partnership with the sports content and tipping platform, Blablive.com. Encompassing a broad marketing mix across TV, social, editorial and digital streaming channels, the Marketing Executive will have creative autonomy to define B-lab's roadmap and deliver the best-in-class content required to engage their community of Core Bettors.

We're looking for someone with a passion for digital content and a customer obsessed mindset, who will ensure the Exchange achieves cut-through in the competitive landscape of betting brands in Italy.

What You'll be Doing... 

• Owning monthly content plans for the B-lab channels
• Managing media plans to amplify content across external channels beyond B-lab
• Working with our internal design Studio to develop new creative and brand assets
• Measurement and analysis of content performance
• Monitoring Blab community engagement and ensuring representation of the Exchange within it
• Proposing recommendations to improve content performance
• Managing relationships with key Tipsters in the Italian betting space

What We're Looking For... 

• Excellent knowledge of the online sports content landscape
• Commercial acumen and a will to deliver projects that impact brand metrics
• Experience in a fast-moving ecommerce environment
• Proven ability to ideate creative solutions, and the analytical rigour to measure them effectively
• Experience in betting and sports is an advantage
• Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Fluency in English and Italian is essential
