The Role...

The role offers the opportunity for an ambitious person to work closely with a best in class marketing team. You will actively assist the team in improving our application of existing marketing tooling while continuously reviewing and implementing new marketing technologies. The position reports into the International Head of Marketing Tooling.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in the implementation of digital marketing and advertising tools, particularly in the use of data, platform capability and analytics contributing to marketing decisions and day-to-day operations.

 

What you will do:

  • Provide best in class support of the wider Digital team fielding questions regarding creative restrictions, ad trafficking technologies, creative implementation and maintenance.
  • Create, define, and enforce Ad Operations policies, effectively communicating restrictions and limitations across multiple teams.
  • Manage and lead projects independently and within deadlines
  • Provide in-depth support and training for team members across the full suite of platforms & processes adopted by the marketing teams.
  • Think critically about processes and provide feedback on improvements to our ad tech.
  • Work with external partners such as ad server account managers and vendors to overcome roadblocks, identify / act on new opportunities and more efficiently utilise their solutions.
  • Contributes to the Marketing Tooling roadmap to drive forward efficiency, initiatives and new product testing across the department.
  • Work with stakeholders to educate & proactively suggest implementation of MarTech solutions
  • Provide consultative inputs to the marketers for Paid Media campaigns/audiences based on the campaign objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate at a group level to ensure we're leveraging the right tech, tracking and best practices.
  • Stay educated on key developments in the rapidly changing digital advertising ecosystem. (e.g Viewability, brand safety, invalid traffic etc.) and utilize that knowledge to update or build new processes that support changing industry needs

 

Qualifications and Experience 

  • 3 + years' experience in digital media agency or digital ad serving ecosystem. DSPs, SSPs and DMP platforms preferred. Experience with DoubleClick, Flashtalking a plus
  • Recognized as an expert in the field of Ad Operations / Digital solution
  • Should have desire to do self- learning new platforms and technology and interest in Digital Marketing
  • Possesses the requisite Project Management skills required to ensure seamless standards of service and delivery
  • Experience with data and analysis
  • Relevant experience in AdTech platform implementation, Ad operations and Audience segmentation
  • Hands-on experience in implementing ad trafficking, AdTech and audience creation tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment.
